1. General Provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for using the SUPER-FORM website.
  2. The owner of the website is P.P.H.U. "SUPER - FORM" Dariusz Miernowski with its registered office in Wilków (46-113), at ul. Wrocławska 3, NIP: 752 112 90 65.
  3. Use of the website is voluntary and implies acceptance of these Regulations.

2. Type and Scope of Services Provided Electronically

  1. The website is of an information and catalog nature. It does not conduct direct sales of products (online store with a shopping cart).
  2. The Service Provider enables the following services via the website:
    • browsing the company's product offer (packaging and foam catalog),
    • using the contact form to make an inquiry,
    • using the quote form to receive a commercial offer for standard or custom products.

3. Copyright

  1. All content posted on the website, in particular product photos, texts, graphics, logos, and the graphic layout of the page, are the property of P.P.H.U. "SUPER - FORM" or have been used under appropriate licenses and are protected by law.
  2. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing the content of the website without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

4. Liability

  1. The information contained on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to conclude a contract.
  2. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the presented technical data of the products are consistent with the actual state, but reserves the right to introduce changes to the offer without prior notice.

5. Complaint Procedure

  1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the website can be submitted electronically to the address: [email protected].
  2. The complaint notification should contain the data of the reporting person and a description of the problem.
  3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

6. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code, shall apply.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Regulations. Changes come into force upon their publication on the website.
