FULL OFFER

The proper protection of your products depends on selecting key technical packaging parameters, such as cardboard type, flute type, grammage, and construction.

Considering the product specifics, transport conditions, and storage methods, we will help you choose the right packaging.

Please note that cardboard packaging does not ensure full resistance to all possible external factors and transport situations. Additional support in this area can be provided by modular internal and external equipment components, which we also have in our offer.

Before exploring our full offer, we suggest checking what cardboard we use, what internal fillings and prints can be selected, and we also present cardboard flute types.

Technical Foam Shapes

We are a cardboard packaging manufacturer, but we also offer foam cutting and profiling of technical foam structures of any shape, tailored to the requirements of a single product or entire sets.

We offer technical foams of various densities (PU, PE, EVA), freely formed. Shapes made of technical foams create resilient and durable structures absorbing impact force and cushioning articles, protecting against deformation, and can reinforce the cardboard packaging structure.

Printing

We are able to produce any cardboard packaging with print, logo, barcodes, graphics, and full-color printing.

1. Slotted boxes

Slotted boxes are a very popular type of cardboard packaging used for transporting and storing various types of products. They are most often made of three-, five-, or seven-layer corrugated cardboard.

Telescopic Boxes

2. Telescopic boxes

They consist of at least two separate parts (bottom and lid) that overlap each other. The lid goes over the bottom, reinforcing the structure against side crushing. They allow for length adjustment. Telescopic boxes are most often chosen for products requiring quick adaptability of dimensions and strong protection.

3. Die-cut boxes

Also known as shaped boxes. Cut using special cutting dies, which allows for creating unusual forms and closures.

Sliding Boxes

4. Sliding boxes

Sleeve type or with a slipcase. They consist of a sleeve into which the product or tray is inserted. Excellent for transport and retail. Convenience and speed of use make them willingly used for various applications.

5. Rigid boxes

Rigid boxes (permanently joined) are those whose elements are glued, welded, riveted, or stapled permanently. They ensure high quality of product protection and maximum functionality. The unified form provides resistance to loads and does not deform.

Glued Boxes

6. One-piece glued boxes

Ready-to-assemble boxes that are permanently glued after cutting and folding. The joined form minimizes the number of assembly steps and eliminates the risk of accidental opening. After gluing, boxes are delivered flat.

Large Format

9. Large format boxes

Large format cartons are produced from strong multi-layer corrugated cardboard, offering stiffness and advanced protection against deformation. They have high resistance to dynamic, static, and point loads. They meet the needs of protecting large, heavy loads with non-standard dimensions.

10. Custom packaging

Creating cartons from scratch with full freedom of choice of materials, shapes, and functions. Production from many materials, such as corrugated cardboard, technical foams, or wooden elements, meets any requirements.
